Green Line and used machines
1. What are the main differences between a Green Line and a second hand machines?
Green Line machines are guaranteed with 6 months warranty and at least 70% of working life, refurbished with aspect as a new machine both inside and outside, while a second hand machine has no warranty, no fixed or minimum % of working life left and aspect and conditions are variable from one machine to another.
2. Wat is the difference between Eco Smart and Eco Select?
Eco Smart is the economic series of second hand machines which are basically, tested, working and complete machines while Eco Select machines are carefully tested, checked, cleaned and packed, and issues such as quality of components is minutely tested. Counters of this last version are normally shorter than Eco Smart.
3. Which category of machines come with toner installed and what load?
Eco Smart Machines come with Empty Toner cartridges. Eco Select machines come with toner cartridges with an average of 25% powder inside. Green Line machines come without any cartridge installed.
4. How are the machines packed?
Green Line version are packed in an individual Green Line box and pallet. Eco Smart and Eco Select versions are packed in pallets without any boxing unless required by the customer.
5. What’s inside a Green Line box exactly and what configurations are available?
There is a fully refurbished machine containing only original parts inside, plus a refurbished cabinet or cassete as well as a refurbished adf or ardf. There is a power cable, a maintenance card of the machine and a technical manual for the machine.
6. What documentation is included with Green Line and second hand machines?
Green Line machines include a maintenance card of the machine and a technical manual while Eco Smart and Eco Select do not include any extra documentation.
7. What does it mean 6 month guarantee and from when it counts the 6 month?
6 months warranty applies from the moment the goods are received by the customer.
8. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective machine?
If it’s a matter of transportation, take pictures and take note in the CMR so the insurance and GM will do the rest. If there is a damage of defect from origin, you have to write to us before 7 days after receiving the goods with pictures and all the possible information.
10. What is the return policy?
Any product with any damage or defect from origin will be returned under GM expenses and afterwards it will be fixed and replaced, or exchanged for another product. If the product is not damaged or defective, the customer must apply a request to return that needs to be validated by the quality department of GM.
11. Can I get free shipping on machines?

12. What is the minimum quantity of ordering machines?
There is no MOQ for any of our products. But it is important to mention that the bigger the quantity purchased, the bigger discounts you get.
13. Can I get payment terms?
General payment conditions for express, courier or land freight is prepayment. Sea transportation of full containers have a 30% prepayment before loading and 70% balance payment is done when the container arrives the port of destination. Official GM partners can get bettered payment conditions.
14.Do you have official distributor programs? How can I become one?
We have official partner/distributor programs for both Green Line machines and R-OEM and Remanufactured toners. Ask our commercial team for terms and conditions to become our partner!
Toner and consumables
1. What is the difference between R-OEM, Remanufactured and Compatible toners?
R-OEM toners is the composition of original recycled cartridge, with original resetted chips plus original remanufactured powder. Remanufactured toners follows our policy of using original recycled cartridges and original resetted chips, but the powder inside is a high quality aftermarket Japanese one. Compatible toners use non-original cartridges, non-original chips and aftermarket powder. GM Technology does not provide compatible toners.
2. What brands are available in your range?
We can offer products for Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark, Olivetti, Triumph Adler, Develop, Sharp.
3. Do they work the same way as OEM toners?
Quality and performance is OEM-Like for remanufactured and R-OEM Toners.
4. What yield you guarantee and how do you test the yield?
We guarantee at least the same page yield as OEM Toners with the same % of coverage. We test all toners before launch them at the market in our Green Line machines.
5. How do you test the toners? Life test? Spot test?

6. Do they have tracability and bar or QR codes or LOT numbers?
All our cartridges as well as all the product labels are codified with QR codes with internal information to know lot numbers, workers that worked on that cartridge, and this allow us to track any problem in seconds. No information is related to our company name, so the product remains neutral.
7. Does your toner mixes well with other toners in the machine when we switch?
It is tested that our R-OEM and Remanufactured toners mixes perfectly with OEM toner powders and other high quality Japanese toner powders.
8. Does your toner wear out other components faster?
No, other components such as drum units, fuser units, pumps, developer units or transfer belt units do not suffer when using any of our products, while we fully recommend to use OEM components or High quality remanufactured components, not compatible ones.
9. What brand is on the toner packaging?
There is no branding in any of our toner version. They all have a neutral and brandless image.
10. What quality standards do you use when remanufacturing?
Our remanufacturing process follows the rules, patterns and directives of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 19752, ISO 19798 and DIN 33870.
11. Are you a member of any environmental association?
GM Technology is member of ETIRA (European Toner and Inkjet Remanufacturers Association) as well as a fair defender of Circular Economy principles.
12. How many toners are on a palette?
The average in a 120x80x180 Euro pallet is 300 units.
13. Do you have special prices for distributors or distribution programs?
We have official partner/distributor programs for both Green Line machines and R-OEM and Remanufactured toners. Ask our commercial team for terms and conditions to become our partner with incredible discounts which can be over 90% from price of the OEM products.
14. Are your toners IP safe and don’t infringe patents and trademarks?
